Thank you for your interest in our boutique aparthotel. We see ourselves as a boutique aparthotel with charm. We have created 6 flats with a lot of passion and attention to detail. Our aim was for our guests to enter and be welcomed by the magic of well-being.

Our hotel is located in Goldbach near Aschaffenburg. 

The Aparthotel is family-owned and has  6 completely differently furnished flats ranging in size from 25sqm to 42sqm. The Betthupferl is built mainly from natural materials.Starting with the brickwork, wooden windows, lime plaster in the interiors to the floor coverings, mainly made of natural stone and wood, it was our endeavour to create a jewel with natural building materials and regional craftsmen, in which our guests feel an exceptional comfort day after day.

Since June 2022, 2 charging boxes for electric cars have been exclusively available to our guests. We are pleased to offer you the possibility to charge your car while you are drinking with us.

ALL prices are calculated for single occupancy incl. breakfast at the neighbouring Bächer. However, each flat can accommodate a second person for 22,- €/night + a baby cot for 0,- € or a mattress dormitory for teenagers for 22,- €.

Steffi Eckert and Wolfram Kopetz have been united for years by their love of hospitality and culinary delights. In 2005, the two hosts returned to the Spessartstuben after excursions to renowned international hotels. Since then, with the active support of the entire family, they have been running the house in the 3rd generation. The love of nature, the combination of old and new, the discovery of new trends in combination with the traditional drives them to change and renew again and again. In this way, the traditional culture of life of this family business is carried over into the new era.

Building 3 of Prime Park houses 17 individually rentable boarding units with tasteful furnishings and a wide range of extras, some of them with terraces.

The flats are each equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom. The kitchen offers crockery and cutlery, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, an oven and a 4-ring hob. The dining area has a table and chairs.
The sleeping area has comfortable boxes. The sleeping area is equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, high-quality mattresses and blankets and pillows for a restful night. A TV as well as an armchair and coffee table make for cosy evenings. All bathrooms are equipped with high-quality materials. Ground-level showers, high-quality sanitary objects with modern fittings characterise the image of the bathrooms. Towels, hairdryers and washbasins are also part of the equipment here.
