Our new 4-star hotel is being built in Linz on the corner of Donaulände and Gruberstraße. The new hotel with 189 rooms and suites will be the sixth in the group in Austria and the thirteenth overall at present. The hotel is being built on the site of the former Linz tobacco factory. A seminar center will be available for seminar guests. The highlight of the hotel will be the sky restaurant at a height of over 100 meters with a terrace and bar.

Our new location, the Linz tobacco factory, is now a collaborative group for digitalization and the creative industries. It not only attracts international attention but also forms the basis for the lively establishment of numerous innovative start-up companies.

Currently, rooms of permanent guests are only cleaned on request in order to save laundry and water in a sustainable manner.
