Outlook for the 2026 GNP Congress in Linz – The path to the future
The GNP Congress 2026 will take place in Linz – a city that combines modernity and tradition in a unique way. With the renowned Anton Bruckner Private University and the future-oriented Johannes Kepler University, with its focus on electronics and artificial intelligence, Linz is the ideal setting for our motto: The path to the future.
The congress will focus on topics that will significantly shape our field in the coming years: precision therapy in various areas, the use of artificial intelligence in diagnostics and treatment, especially in our main topics of epilepsy and genetics. But new developments in immunology, pain therapy, and neuromuscular diseases will also be covered. We want to not only highlight the current state of research, but also discuss together how we can integrate new technologies responsibly and sensibly into our clinical practice—for the benefit of our patients, but also as a contribution to easing the burden of everyday medical practice.
The 2026 congress aims to encourage, spark curiosity about new approaches, and invite exchange—interdisciplinary, practical, and forward-looking—in a city that is looking ahead.
