With this, we revive the historical Leipzig Löwen legend which is closely connected with our hotel:
. In 1913, eight cats of prey escaped from a circus performing in Leipzig. One of them got as far as our hotel. There it frightened a guest, who was able to save himself by jumping out of the window. The hotel visit also ended happily for the l wen, who was taken to Leipzig Zoo. After the extensive reservation, the l we now runs as a motif through the entire hotel. So be on your guard that an animal ¨surprise does not await you somewhere.

The Motel One Post has two special features to offer. Not only is it located right in the city centre on Augustusplatz, close to the opera, Nikolai Church and Gewandhaus. You will also find the Grassi Museum of Applied Arts and Ethnology and the Mendelssohn House here.
